The Cray Titan has 18.688 Kepler K20x cards in it.  The largest 
supercomputer today has 48000 Xeon Phi inside.  Considering that there are 
more than one of these systems to be sold, you can estimate several 100k or 
millions of these chips to be sold for supercomputers only.

There are three companies in the big iron GPGPU business, AMD, NVidia, and 
Intel, and they are all doing a lot.  AMD is still a bit behind in the 
double precision performance; NVidia has 3x SP performance, AMD 4x, but AMD 
has a cheaper SP unit, so their DP performance still is competitive.
