What's missing? Gforth's libcc.fs in the current git version supports all that and more (threads included). In 0.7.x, callbacks were still missing, and some other things (libcc.fs was pretty new back then), and there were no threads. Progress happens on other Forths, too. Note that the "3 plattforms" are still three diffrent OSes, just one ABI.
