Überschrift:

Da versteht der Autor eventuell nicht den Sinn eines Prototypen für Forschungszwecke.

Mercedes wird sicherlich nicht ein vergleichbares E-Auto mit 1000 km Reichweite in Serie anbieten.
Aber 700 km wäre gut und sinnvoll.
Es ist einfach entspannend [1], von Minden bis Basel in einem Rutsch fahren zu können, wie
ich das in der Vergangenheit mit meinen Benzin-Autos konnte.

Wenn heutige E-Autos 450 km schaffen, ist ein Sprung auf 700 km eine Reichweite, die
bei großen Benzin-Verbrennern üblich war (z.B. Senator, Omega3000, AudiA6_4.2).

Mit halbvollem Tank losfahren, ohne Vorbereitungen.
Etwa nach halber Strecke Pause machen und volltanken.
Am Ziel reichte der noch vorhandene Tankinhalt.
