Once again, Paul, I thank you for all the time and trouble you have
taken in order to help try and solve this minor conundrum!

I am doing as you suggested! With the help on Ventoy, I am currently
installing the iso obtained from Heidoc - the Dell OEM Image suggested.
I will advise of the outcome.
