The ventoy stick doesn't mind if you put the above Inspiron.exe on it; 
that is where we will be booting the Hirens to use the .exe on the Dell 
machine.

You can use Hirens to run the exe, or you can use your Dell's bios 
system to do it.  I've never done that, but I've read about it.  I'm 
assuming that your system doesn't have anything doing w/ BitLocker as 
described in a link at the above HK msg.

The Dell site says that if you use F12 at power-on you can get a 
one-time boot menu which has other options and BIOS flash update.

In another later msg I'll talk about the W10 .iso after the bios 
firmware is updated and we've rechecked the MX and the Hirens W11 PE to 
see if the speakers work.
