It's certainly had the thoughts in my head bouncing around, Mike!

I'd forgotten that I've still got my old Toshiba 'boating' laptop
available, which is running Windows 10, so maybe I'll bring that back
into play if/when I decide to do more work on the Dell laptop 'no sound'
scenario.

Should YOU ever need help with Microsoft or Apple devices, I'll be more 
than happy to advise you to the best of my ability.
