Thanks, Mike .... but I'm not going to physically open the laptop at this stage. I'm going to assume (I do NOT normally do such a thing!) that it's a HOME edition. Unless you suggest otherwise, I'll simply load the iso onto my 32GB thumb drive and boot the laptop from that. -- David
