Das scheinbare langsamergehen der Uhr die sich von einem Beobachter wegbewegt besteht ja aus zwei Faktoren, der eine von der relativistischen Zeitdilatation, der zweite vom Dopplereffekt. Die Bewegung der Zeiger, das Ticken, die periodischen Zeitansagen, was immer du dir fuer eine Uhr denkst wenn du ihre Anzeige auf welche Art und weise uebertraegst dann hat dieses Signal einen Zeitverlauf.
