ohne dass die relativistische Zeitdilatation dafuer die Ursache ist, naemlich wenn
sie sich vom Beobachter wegbewegen.

Was er tatsaechlich feststellt ist dass die Ticks der Uhr die er beobachtet
alle mit konstanem Abstand 0.133 Sekunden bei ihm aufschlagen.
Der Dopplerfaktor 1+v/c ist hier 1-0.867 = 0.133 d.h. die bewegte Uhr tickt
in der Zeit des Ruhesystems einmal pro Sekunde.
Da die relativistische Zeitdilatation 2 betraegt muss die Uhr im Raumschiff alle
halbe Sekunden ticken - soweit stimmt die Rechnung, aber nicht die Behauptung
dass hier irgendetwas immer schneller wird.
Die Uhr im Raumschiff sieht der Beobachter konstant 3.759 fach schneller laufen.

Wenn er den Dopplerfaktor herausrechnet den er aus der Geschwindigkeit kennt.

Ja man braucht ja blos auf die Uhr schauen wenn sie ankommt.
Allerdings muss irgendwer im Raumschiff vorher die Uhr am Beginn des Experiments
auf die Zeit die im Ruhesystems an dem Ort herrscht einstellen,
d.h. die bewegte Uhr muss an einer ruhenden Uhr vorbeikommen die Synchron zur
Uhr am Standort des Beobachters laeuft.
