1. Ich bin auch in Thüringen geboren und habe dort Familie, also nix gegen
meine alte Heimat. Und bitte keine Vorurteile gegen irgendwen. Sowas
hat in der Wissenschaft nichts zu suchen (siehe Nobelpreisträger), ist
einer sachlichen Auseinandersetzung höchst abträglich.
*Nachgewiesene* Crackpots wie Dieter Grosch gibt es leider überall.
2. Die Lichtgeschwindigkeit bzw. die Ausbreitungsgeschwindigkeit
elektromagnetischer Wellen ist zwar für alle Beobachter konstant
und für alle Beobachter im *gleichen* Medium gleich gross
(*daher* der Doppler-Effekt; c = λ f), aber sie ist tatsächlich *vom
Medium abhängig*.
Die Naturkonstante ist die Lichtgeschwindigkeit *im Vakuum*
c₀ = 299 792 458 m∕s.
Man kann aber ausrechnen, dass der kurze Weg durch die atmosphärischen
Schichten, welche das Satellitensignal mit geringerer Geschwindigkeit als in
höheren Schichten und ausserhalb der Atmosphäre durchläuft, vernachlässigbar
kurz ist (bis zu ca. 15 km Troposphärendicke vs. 20'000 km Orbit-Höhe), denn
der Unterschied zwischen der Lichtgeschwindigkeit in Luft und im Vakuum ist
minimal:
c_{bodennahe Luft} ≈ 299 710 000 m∕s (c₀ − 0.28 ‰).
