Zwei Fakten zur Ergänzung:
1. Ohne Synchronisierung von jeweils vier Satellitenuhren und der
Empfängeruhr ist bei GPS keine genaue Ortsbestimmung möglich.
2. Selbstverständlich findet eine Synchronisierung der Satellitenuhren
statt, auch wenn Kurt das Vorgehen dabei nicht kennt oder nicht
versteht:
* Monitorstatonen beobachten die Satellitenbahn und die Uhrzeit jedes
einzelnen Satelliten und senden die Informationen an die Haupt-
kontrollstation.
* In der Hauptkontrollstation werden unter anderem die Uhrzeitfehler
der Satelliten d.h. ihre Abweichung von der GPS-System-Zeit, fest-
gestellt und die nötigen Korrekturparameter in die Navigations-
nachricht der Satelliten eingefügt und an die Satelliten gesendet.
* Jeder Satellit sendet also zum Empfänger die Informationen
a) Uhrzeit auf dem Satelliten,
b) Abweichung von der GPS-Zeit,
und daraus kann der Empfänger für jeden Satelliten die einheitliche
GPS-Zeit erschließen, und seine eigene Uhr mit vier Satelliten
synchronisieren, um seine Position eindeutig festzustellen.
