Nicht "gegen die Plattform". Die Uhr ist am Rand der Plattform
befestigt, und die Plattform dreht sich mit der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit
v = 10 m/s.

Nein. Mit der gestrichelten Umrandung wird - wie es auch deutlich
erkennbar in der Beschriftung der Zeichnung zu lesen ist - das
Bezugssystem U(x_U,y_U) mit der kreisenden Uhr und den Mess-Uhren gegen
das Bezugssystem S(x,y), in dem sich das System U(x_U,y_U) bewegt,
abgegrenzt.
In meinen postings habe ich auch folgende Bezeichnungen verwendet:
U(x_U,y_U): "Plattformsystem"
S(x,y) : "Bahnsteigsystem"

U(x_U,y_U)) kreisenden Uhr gefunden, der _für jeden Zeitpunkt_ die
Geschwindigkeit der Uhr angibt:

Noch eine Bemerkung: Du nimmst fälschlich an, dass sich die Uhr im
Plattformsystem so bewegt, wie es in meiner Beschreibung im
"Bahnsteigsystem" der Fall ist. Dann sieh' dir einmal auf Seite 6
meiner Ausarbeitung das Diagramm an, das diesen zeitlichen Verlauf der
Geschwindigkeit darstellt. Der Geschwindigkeitsbetrag variiert
periodisch um v_0 = 10 m/s herum zwischen v_min = 5 m/s und
v_max = 15 m/s.
Das bedeutet:

| Im Plattformsystem wäre die periodische Geschwindigkeits- |
| änderung längs der Kreisbahn mit bloßem Auge zu erkennen. |

Da nun GPS-Satelliten eine Realisierung deiner kreisenden Uhr
darstellen, würde das für diesen Fall bedeuten:
