Wenn man deine unsinnige Ausdrucksweise gerade rückt:
Der ART-Effekt im Gang einer GPS-Uhr wird bestimmt von ihrer Position
im Gravitationsfeld der Erde.
Hier war aber die ganze Zeit die Rede vom "Bewegungs-Effekt", also dem
Effekt, der mit der SRT beschrieben wird.

Die hängt erkennbar nicht von irgendeiner Masse ab. Bei diesem Effekt
ist die Masse der Erde nur verantwortlich für die Krümmung der
Raumzeit, in der sich der Satellit dann entsprechend den gewählten
Anfangsbedingungen auf seiner Bahn bewegt. (Wie die sich auswirken kann
man sehr schön an den Galileo-Satelliten "Doresa" und "Milena" sehen...)
Oder Newtonsch ausgedrückt: Die Masse der Erde ist nur der "Lieferant"
einer anziehenden Kraft auf den Satelliten, damit dieser um das Zentrum
kreisen kann.

Ein Beobachter - natürlich mit Messgrät - der "drin sitzen" würde,
würde die Eigenzeit des Satelliten messen; ein woanders befindlicher,
in relativer Bewegung zum Satelliten stehender Beobachter würde eine
Zeit registrieren, die obigem Integral über die Weltlinie der
Satellitenuhr entspricht.

GPS-Satelliten zeigen deutlich auf, dass dein Gelaber ein Fall für die
Tonne ist:
Die realen Verhältnisse sind wie folgt:
* Aufgrund der Zeitdilatation der SRT verliert eine Satelliten-Uhr beim
Umlauf um die Erde pro Tag
-7 Mikrosekunden.
* Der ART-Effekt für Uhren im Schwerefeld ergibt pro Tag eine
Verlängerung der von der Uhr angezeigten Zeit von
+45 Mikrosekunden.
* Uhren auf den GPS-Satelliten gewinnen also beim Umlauf im Vergleich
zu Uhren auf der Erde pro Tag
−7μs + 45μs = 38μs hinzu.
Bei deinem Vorgehen wird die Translationsgeschwindigkeit v_0 nur der
Satellitengeschwindigkeit v_Sat überlagert, und nicht berücksichtigt,
dass auch die Uhren auf der Erde die Translationsgeschwindigkeit v_0
aufweisen. Dieses Vorgehen führt zu folgendem Ergebnis:
* Beim Umlauf um die Erde verliert eine Satelliten-Uhr im Vergleich zu
einer Uhr auf der Erde pro Tag
-446 Mikrosekunden.
* Der ART-Effekt ergibt wieder eine Verlängerung der von der
Satellitenuhr angezeigten Zeit von
+ 45 Mikrosekunden.
* Uhren auf den GPS-Satelliten müssten also pro Tag im Vergleich zu
Uhren auf der Erde
−446μs + 45μs = −401μs verlieren.

Abgesehen davon habe ich deine "Plattform" nicht "falsch angewendet".
Du bist nur dermaßen dämlich und in deinen wirren Vorstellungen
befangen, dass du das nicht erkennst.
Ansonsten empfehle ich dir, beim Lesen die Augen aufzumachen, dann hast
du eine größere Chance, etwas mitzubekommen.
