I have a LOT more going on in my life than working on my computer and
reporting anything here. Keep in mind I did not share any real details until
asked and have not asked anyone here for help. Nobody here is really
qualified. Even going to different forums it would be a fool's errand to try
to guess who is the "right" person. I did the smart thing and found a
knowledgeable Apple tech after I did my own research and work. Turned out I
diagnosed the issue correctly (iCloud failure) and came with good evidence.
