Holsters (even with a velcro cover) or belt clips never worked on me. 
It would catch on things or the phone would be ejected when I got in a
car or sat down.  Even in my pocket, I have to remove it when I sit down
for fear of damaging it.  I'm a big man (so I'm told) -- 6'  215 lbs.
And not fat -- with big legs which i've always had. Even pleated dress
slacks are tight through the hips and thighs.

The trend in bigger phones is so you don't have to carry a tablet, too,
to watch your favorite videos or skype.  As for me, I can do without all
that crap.  All I need is to make phone calls and text.  And I could do
without texting -- did most of my life -- if people would call me
instead of texting.  Welcome to the Brave New World!
