I would if it was just a new disk..but Debian lenny? time to say good

pretty sure it doesn't...when I di similar with a mobo upgrade all came 
up sweet.

May not even run a window manager and X server at all. Looks like I can 
redirect X output to remote windows on my desktop.

Its only occasional admin anyway.

Nah. I think Robert Heller has the right solution. Just redirect screen 
top the remote desktop.

I can set up a text menu top do that with scripts.
