Not sure.  The SELinux sandbox is marked as "deprecated" in Chromium, so 
they actually seem to think it was a bad idea.  Probably because SELinux is 
not enabled on most Linux distributions by default, so you simply can't use 
it - no matter how good it is, if it's not available, it's useless.

I'm going through some investigations which sandbox concept to use for the 
net2o app program (the one that actually executes Forth code from the net), 
and making the user enable SELinux on e.g. OpenSuSE is definitely beyond 
what you can ask from an ordinary user.

The other question is: Do I want to have some kernel code written by the NSA 
enabled?  Without running that Linux inside a virtual machine, and using 
wireshark to check what it does ;-)?
