Then this post should have been in a networking group like
comp.os.linux.networking, not a hardware group.

domain/search is not going to help this problem.
change nameserver line to contain your ISP's nameserver or a public
dns server. example: nameserver 8.8.8.8
If you can then communicate with the outside world, you
know the problem is with 192.168.1.251
Before posting to comp.os.linux.networking, I would recommend you draw
a picture of your network, fill in the values, then post your basic
problem description. "can not communicate with the outside world"
provide config files for both 192.168.1.251 and problem node and
picture of your layout. Example:
