It's also the public transportation system here in Houston Texas. And it
sucks in money in sales tax and builds rail lines in the middle of streets
causing horrendous traffic jams and retailers along it's line to go out of
business. To top that off, the cars are generally 75+% unoccupied.

Another wonderful product of guvmint.
