Die U1 und die U2 gehen so wie es die natürlichen Umstände vorgeben.

Die "natürlichen" Vorgänge bewirken das eine Uhr, also auch die U1 und 
die U2 langsamer takten wenn sie bewegt sind.

Je schneller bewegt desto langsamer ist die Taktung.
