Zur Erinnerung:
1.
Du unterliegst einem logischen Fehler:
* Du benutzt die Aussage der RT "Bewegte Uhren gehen langsamer"
um die RT zu "widerlegen".
* Wenn sie widerlegt wäre, dann wäre ihre Aussage über bewegte Uhren
falsch.
* Damit ist die Grundlage deiner "Widerlegung" weg...

Du behauptest: Wenn das Plattformsystem, das in deiner ersten Zeichnung
dargestellt ist, geradlinig gleichförmig bewegt wird, dann führt das im
Plattformsystem zu einer beobachtbaren periodischen Schwankung des
Ganges der kreisenden Uhr. Das ist aber falsch (auch wenn du später von
einer "Kiste" redest statt des Plattformsystems):
Alle Uhren im Plattformsystem (Mess-Uhren und Uhr am Plattformrand)
bewegen sich bei Translation des Plattformsystems mit v_0 gegen das
"Bahnsteigsystem" in gleicher Weise mit v_0.
Sie gehen im Plattformsystem also alle gleich schnell (und in Bezug auf
das "Bahnsteigsystem" in gleicher Weise verlangsamt).
Wenn die Uhr am Plattformrand nun kreist, dann ist ihre Relativ-
geschwindigkeit gegenüber den Messuhren gleich ihrer Kreisbahn-
geschwindigkeit v_U.
Ergebnis: Im Plattformsystem oder im Zug ist keine periodische
Veränderung des Ganges der kreisenden Uhr zu messen, sondern es wird
genau das gemessen, was auch bei ruhender Plattform gemessen wird:
Der Gang der kreisenden Uhr ist auf der ganzen Kreisbahn gleichmäßig
verlangsamt, und für die von ihr angezeigte Eigenzeit gilt wie im
Falle des nicht gegen das "Bahnsteigsystem" bewegten Plattformsystems:
delta t_Uhr = delta t / gamma
= sqrt( 1 - (v_U/c)^2 ) * delta t ;
v_U: Kreisbahn-Geschwindigkeit der
kreisenden Uhr im Plattformsystem
(Für eine Hin- und Herbewegung der bewegten Uhr gelten diese Punkte
entsprechend - unter Vernachlässigung der zur Umkehr der Bewegungs-
richtung nötigen Beschleunigungsphasen.)
Mit anderen Worten: Ohne Informationen von außerhalb des Zuges kann
_nicht_ entschieden werden, ob der Zug ruht oder gleichförmig
geradlinig fährt.
3.
GPS- und Galileo-Satelliten bieten einen unmittelbaren Nachweis dafür,
dass deine "Methode" im Gegensatz zur RT nicht die realen Gang-
änderungen von Satellitenuhren ergibt. Details kannst du in meiner
