Das kann man allerdings alles exakt berechnen, mit der ART,
aber es haengt von den genauen Umstaenden ab was da herauskommt.
Fakt ist, wie schnell eine Uhr auf der Erde geht haengt von
ihrer Hoehe im Geopotential ab. Und das Geopotential haengt wegen
der Zentrifugalkraft auch von der Erddrehung und vom Breitengrad ab.
Am Pol wirkt sie gar nicht, am Aequator maximal. Normal Null auf dem Pol liegt
um ca. 21km naeher am Mittelpunkt der Erde als Normal Null am Aequator.
D.h. ein Zug der am Aquator entlang faehrt und zwar so schnell dass er die Erddrehung
kompensiert, wuerde einen Gangunterschied der Uhr erzeugen der einem
Hoehenunterschied von 21km entspricht...

Aber das ist nicht das einfache  Gedankenexperiment zur SRT sondern etwas
ganz anderes, komplizierteres.
Und da kann man tatsaechlich am Gang der Uhr unterscheiden ob
sich die Uhr links oder rechtsherum um die sich drehende Erde bewegt.
Aber bei einer Linearen bewegung  weit weg von Gravitationsquellen,
ist das nicht so.
