Aber gewiss doch. Ich beziehe mich auf deine Angabe in

(Alle sonst noch von dir angegebenen Anordnungen oder Abwandlungen habe
ich nicht in meiner Ausarbeitung verwendet.)
Dem ist zu entnehmen, dass du folgende Systeme verwendest:
a) das System mit der (kreisenden) Plattform, das geradlinig
gleichförmig bewegt wird, und zwar gegen
b) ein ruhendes Bezugssystem, in dem sich das Plattformsystem
bewegt.
Das sind Inertialsysteme - auch wenn du sie nicht benennst.

Und ich erlaube mir, an diesen Stellen zwei Mess-Uhren zu positionieren,
aus einem ganz einfachen Grund: Ich will _den Gang der kreisenden Uhr_
mit dem Gang der Mess-Uhren vergleichen (und die Geschwindigkeit der
kreisenden Uhr kann man dann auch erschließen). Bei Bedarf erlaube ich
mir weiter, sogar noch mehr Mess-Uhren neben die kreisende Plattform zu
stellen. Zudem erlaube ich mir, die am Plattformrand befestigte Uhr im
mathematisch positiven Sinne kreisen zu lassen, weil es physikalisch
nichts ändert, aber die mathematische Beschreibung etwas einfacher und
übersichtlicher werden lässt. Und - oh Graus! - ich lasse die
Translation des Plattformsystems in x-Richtung des für das ruhende
Bezugssystem verwendeten Koordinatensystems verlaufen...
Das sind alles lediglich technische Maßnahmen, die inhaltlich nichts
verändern, aber die Bearbeitung erleichtern. An dergleichen hast du
nicht einmal gedacht, weil du überhaupt keine quantitative Behandlung
des Problems in Erwägung gezogen hast, sondern dich nur auf der
Schwafel-Ebene bewegen willst (und kannst...).
Was diese deine Anordnung ergibt, steht knapp zusammengefasst auf Seite
3 meines oben genannten pdf.
Für suboptimal Begabte kann man es aber auch noch ausführlicher
beschreiben:

Betrachtet wird die Anordnung
* Plattformsystem:
- drehbare Plattform mit am Rand befestigter Uhr U,
- ortsfeste Mess-Uhren M1, M2, ... neben dem Rand der Plattform, um
bei Drehung der Plattform den Gang der mitdrehenden, am Rand
befestigten Uhr U zu bestimmen
- Informationen von außerhalb des Plattformsystems liegen nicht vor
und können auch nicht erhalten werden.
* "Bahnsteigsystem":
äußeres Bezugssystem, in dem das Plattformsystem geradlinig
gleichförmig mit Geschwindigkeit v_0 bewegt werden kann.
1. Plattformsystem ruht im "Bahnsteigsystem"

a) Plattform in Ruhe (dreht sich nicht)
* alle Uhren werden synchronisiert
* alle Uhren gehen gleich schnell
b) Plattform mit Uhr U wird mit Umfangsgeschwindigkeit v_U in
Drehung versetzt
* Uhr U am Plattformrand ist mit v_U gegen die ortsfesten
Mess-Uhren M bewegt
* Uhr U geht langsamer als die Mess-Uhren:
delta t_U = delta t_M / gamma
= delta t_M * sqrt( 1 - (v_U/c)^2 )
2. Plattformsystem bewegt sich mit v_0 geradlinig gleichförmig im

* alle Uhren werden synchronisiert
* alle Uhren gehen gleich schnell, denn sie sind mit der gleichen
Geschwindigkeit v_0 gegen das "Bahnsteigsystem" bewegt
* im "Bahnsteigsystem" gehen alle Uhren P des Plattformsystems
ebenfalls gleich schnell, aber wegen der Bewegung mit v_0 gegen
das "Bahnsteigsystem" langsamer als Uhren B im "Bahnsteig-
system":
delta t_P = delta t_B / gamma
= delta t_B * sqrt( 1 - (v_0/c)^2 )
b) Plattform mit Uhr U wird mit Umfangsgeschwindigkeit v_U in
Drehung versetzt
* Uhr U am Plattformrand ist mit v_U gegen die ortsfesten
Mess-Uhren M bewegt
* Uhr U geht langsamer als die Mess-Uhren:
delta t_U = delta t_M / gamma
= delta t_M * sqrt( 1 - (v_U/c)^2 )
* Die Sichtweise:
"Die Geschwindigkeit der Uhr U bei drehender Plattform ist
* auf der Hälfte ihrer Kreisbahn unterhalb der x-Achse
größer als v_0, weil sie dort eine Geschwindigkeits-
komponente in Richtung der Translation mit v_0 besitzt,
* auf der Hälfte ihrer Kreisbahn oberhalb der x-Achse
kleiner als v_0, weil sie dort eine Geschwindigkeits-
komponente in Gegenrichtung zur Translation mit v_0
besitzt",
ist falsch. Die Translationsgeschwindigkeit v_0 ist dafür
"verantwortlich", dass bei ruhender Plattform alle Uhren im
Plattformsystem gleich gehen. Die Drehung der Plattform führt
zu einer Abweichung von diesem Zustand, und es entsteht die
gleiche Relativbewegung von U und den Mess-Uhren wie bei
ruhendem Plattformsystem mit drehender Plattform.
* Die beschriebene Sichtweise ist nur im "Bahnsteigsystem"
richtig. Hier ist die Gesamtgeschwindigkeit der Uhr U durch
(vektorielle) Addition von Translationsgeschwindigkeit v_0 des
Plattformsystems und der Drehgeschwindigkeit v_U der im
Plattformsystem kreisenden Uhr gegeben.
Mit der beschriebenen Anordnung ist die RT also nicht zu widerlegen.
