So ist es nun einmal. Du hättest weiter lesen sollen:

   "Im Zug ruhende Uhren ruhen im Zug immer - unabhängig davon, ob
der Zug sich im Bahnsteigsystem bewegt oder nicht. Die im Zug bewegte
Uhr bewegt sich im Zug immer gleich - unabhängig davon, ob der Zug sich
im Bahnsteigsystem bewegt oder nicht. Entsprechend ist der jeweilige
Gang einer Uhr _im Zug_ unabhängig vom Bewegungszustand des Zuges.
Im Bahnsteigsystem ist der Gang der Zuguhren bei Ruhe und bei Bewegung
des Zuges verschieden. Davon weiß ein Beobachter im Zug aber nach
Voraussetzung nichts."

Anders ausgedrückt: Wenn der Zug im Bahnsteigsystem mit Geschwindigkeit
v bewegt wird, dann sind im Zug ruhende Mess-Uhren und die im Zug
bewegte Uhr in gleicher Weise durch v zeit-dilatiert. Übrig bleibt im
Zug die Änderung des Ganges der bewegten Uhr in Bezug auf die im Zug
ruhenden Uhren - genau so wie bei im Bahnsteigsystem ruhendem Zug.
