Yes, and that alone ensures that it can use the MR service.

No, that’s the one that the MR service is on.

That wouldn’t be due to the Netcomm router,
it will deliver something like 25 mbps fine. It
just can't get within a bulls roar of the 100
mbps that your FTTP can provide if you are
paying for a 100/40 service with TPG.

That is likely local wifi interference.

You may be able to fix that by using a different
channel or using the 5GHz band if the TV can
do that. The MR router can, the Netcomm can't.
