If you didn’t expect any glitches at all with an operation
that had only been going for a couple of months before
you signed up and arent actually capable of telling them
that you havent  heard from them apart from the initial email...

Yeah, they have fuckwit incompetents in
a call center in India instead. And supply
steaming turds of modems that can't even
deliver anything even remotely like the
100/40 service you are paying for over wifi.
