Wenn Du's so sehen willst, daß die "Übereinkunft", die ein Staat mit seiner
Bevölkerung getroffen hat, weder quali- noch quantitativ anderes darstellt
als die "Übereinkunft", die eine Firma mit ihren Kunden und Händlern trifft,
kannst Du das so sehen. Es soll ja auch Gegenden geben (Gemeinden o.ä.),
die eine eigene "Währung" eingeführt haben, mittels derer ihre Bewohner
untereinander handeln können. Der "Wert" solcher lokaler "Währungen" ist
halt nicht leicht vergleichbar mit dem weiter verbreiteter und evtl. recht
willkürlich, wenn nicht sogar kaum angebbar. Zudem ist das Risiko einer
kurzfristigen Entwertung (Abschaffung) umso größer, je kleiner der
Verbreitungsgrad ist.
Andererseits haben inzwischen die Staaten eher nicht mehr die unumschränkte
Oberhoheit über die Währung, wenn sie laufend Schulden machen bei den, oft
auch multinationalen, Banken und sich damit deren Willkür in der Einordnung
ihrer Währung innerhalb deren Gesamtbudgets ("Ranking") aussetzen.
Ein Feld, das mit Technik nur am Rande (als Werkzeug) zu tun hat, das vor
allem aus institutionalisierter sozialer Interaktion besteht.
