Ja, sie ist "nur" mit der Ausgabestelle untrennbar verbunden. Ein damit
bezahlter Betrag soll doch dem Einnehmer auch zugute kommen können?

Und _wer_ wird damit bezahlt? Die Telefongesellschaft holt sich sicher
die Tarifkosten von der Ausgabefirma, die ja vorher Dein Bargeld kassiert
hat.

Ja, klar, wir haben alle nichts zu verbergen, alle unsere Informationen
werden ja nur zu unserem Besten verwertet. Das meinst Du doch?

Es kommt immer auf die Umstände an - man könnte ja auch daran denken,
(sowas wie) den Personalausweis auch für beliebige bezahlvorgänge zu
benutzen. Oder die Kranken^HGesundheits(hah!)karte. Oder so ähnlich.

(Nee, ich könnte mit durchaus vorstellen, so ein System zu nutzen, unter
Bedingungen. die es "ausreichend" transparent für _mich_ und ausreichend
anonym für den Betreiber machen, etwa so, wie in meiner Antwort auf Hanno
geschrieben. Nur hunderte von Systemen für hunderte unterschiedlicher
Zwecke, multipliziert mit hunderten von Betreibern, die jeden einzelnen
Vorgang damit zwangsläufig bis ins Detail verfolgbar machen müssen, möchte
ich nicht. Schon aus dem Grund, daß damit der Aufwand viel zu hoch wird,
sogar dann, wenn die ganzen Zugangsdaten alle auf dem "Händie" abgelegt
sind.)
