Ich denke das nicht. Was soll denn bei einer mit Bargeld gekauften und 
mit Bargeld aufgeladenen Karte "die auf der Karte gespeicherte Bank" 
sein? Bzw. da kann ja gerne eine draufstehen, aber wenn die keine 
Verbindung zur kaufenden Person hat, wen juckts bzgl. Anonymität?

Welche wo gespeicherte Bank muß denn kontaktiert werden, wenn du mit 
Bargeld bezahlst? Klar, irgendwann landet das Geld auf dem Konto des 
Ladens, aber das war ja wohl eher nicht gemeint.

Wofür sollte die Verbindung nötig sein? Wenn die Karte leer ist, ist sie 
leer.

Bezahlsystems hast, dann guck das verlinkte Video. Wenn du dir lediglich 
irgendwelche Dinge ohne Bezug zur Realität zusammenfantasieren möchtest, 
dann tu das bitte woanders.
