For context the closest 'city' (around 5000 people) that isn't a CDP 
(Census Designated Place -- wide spot in the road, possibly with a traffic 
light) is 50 miles away. Quite a few people make the daily commute.

There isn't a nuclear plant in the state. It's ironic the Indians were the 
first to yell NIMBY. There may be other factors involved since the Crows 
and Northern Cheyenne are sitting on one of the biggest coal reserves in 
the country.  When Obama campaigned here in 2008 he specifically talked 
about not shutting down coal, one of his many lies.
