That's a literary device known as "hyperbole."

The statement is not to be interpreted literally, but only as
an exaggeration to emphasize my poor opinion of MSFT.

But, since you are on MS Windows, merely hovering over that
statement with the mouse cursor should have initiated a connection
to some Microsoft server and resulted in a pop up information
balloon containing the explanatory information.

Looks like your system is faulty.  You'd better file a bug
report (and wait 6 months for an answer).
