If a person requires such assistance, he should not be hired in the first
place.

If an employer can't find good people, then that's his problem.

Using standard software is not like exploratory rocket science.  The
capabilities of both Adobe Photoshop and MS Office are simple and
straightforward and should not be a puzzle to anyone, especially
a professional.

Did you ever hear of a manual?  If you are uncertain, a quick consultation
of the reference manual will clear things up.

Before I gave it up, I used to teach Intuit QuickBooks (a widely used financial
package) to so-called accounting "professionals."  These people were pathetic.
They would rather pay me $60 per hour for personal instruction than purchase
a simple reference manual for $29.95.  I guess they have serious trouble reading.

I would never have hired those idiots, yet they hold high positions in large
corporations.
