Well I'm one that actually likes to stay up to the latest, so I've backed up my MBP's Mavericks setup and installed Yosemite as an upgrade. I was running it off of a USB HD, but that is just too damned slow to the point of real irritation. Overall it runs quite well and I've found no major bugs and relatively few minor ones. I can live with it, but I'm gonna grumble about it!! :) The one thing that is irritating is when you open Mail, it doesn't automagically select the last read, it appears to just pick something to select which is never the last read. I know, that's not major, but it is irritating. Booting is slower, but that's to be expected with a Beta with debug tools I suppose. So far, no app has not run though Google Chrome doesn't work from a login autostart, runs fine if you run it later though. -- Lloyd

Technically I'm not sure if the bug is in 10.2 or in the changes it made to "Classic", but either way it was introduced with 10.2 since 10.1 worked fine.

I've never had any problems with the computer. I have been through a few mice and this is now the third display (the second one failed about three weeks ago), plus the original scanner and printer broke down ... but the computer itself keeps going and going (just like a the battery advertising bunny). :-)
