Since I can't run Adobe's for-rent software on them, I choose not to
support the rent model. Simple.

I assure you it matters to them. And they couldn't care less whether it
matters to you, trust me.

Which doesn't matter much if that's where they want to run their
software. Maybe in your bizarre world it's acceptable to be unable to
run the software you want on machines that aren't your main machine. For
some of us, it's not acceptable.

Therefore image editing software should not run on those machines, just
because Adobe likes the rent model? That may seem attractive to you -
not me.

Nice try, but I'm not talking about everyone else - only the people who,
like me, dislike the rent model.

Apparently you do have a problem accepting it, as evidenced by your
disregard and arguments against each and every of my personal reasons
for not liking the rent model.

I do accept it. I'm just pointing out that it doesn't work well for me
or anyone who doesn't fit that use model.

Their raw support is in development and hasn't been finalized yet. So
you have no way of knowing the extent of it. And I still do not consider
it a "gaping hole" as you suggested.

Still not what I'd consider to be a "gaping hole".

And if not, it's no problem. : )

And you still sound like an Adobe salesman.

It supports raw formats.
