Incorrect.  Methods with default values are also polymorphic.

It is possible for the default value in a base class to be invalid in
the derived class.  But correctly designed, that should not be a problem.

That can be a problem with inheritance, and one with no perfect
solution.  One way would be to not derive one from the other, but would
derive both from a Shape class.  Another way would be to provide a
runtime error.

So what happens when you pass the derived object to a method expecting a
base object?
