(Apparently you mean f=m*a, but used 'r' as replacement for 'x'.)

The force meant is apparently the centrifugal force, which is balanced 
by an opossing force holding the object of mass m in circular motion.

In this case we have actually a constant radius R, because e.g. a piece 
of string holds e.g. a stone in orbit and that has a constant length.

But if we have a magnet and an electron, we have obiously no strings 
involved and obviously the path of the deflected electron is not 
necessarily circular.

The magnetic force pushes the electron sideways, perpendicular to its 
own direction and to the electrons path.

Lets assume, the path is only slightly curved, hence the electron does 
not take a circular path.

The force acting on it will increase, if the electron approaches the 
magnet and decreases, once it leaves.

This will most likely not create a circular motion of any kind, but 
instead increasing curvature of the path on the approach and decreasing 
curvature on depature.

Only in case of a full circle R is constant, otherwise not.

No, not at all.

But Einstein's description of the electron's motion is entirely 
innapropriate, what I have counted as an error (one of a few hundred).
