The root cause however was found when the first power bill came in (the store and the shopping centre were new), the manager got a major shock and called an electrician in. It turned out that the cafe next door had been accidentally(?) been wired through the stores power board including a deep fryer and ovens. I spent a lot of time aboard Sunstate flights over that one.
