what about someone who's never used one before. how are they supposed to
know how to get the electronic manual? apple should include a 'quick
start' guide, like most products have these days, and instructions on
how to do basic stuff, and that there is an electronic manual available
and how to get it. their failure to do this is just another indicator of
their arrogance.
