For a couple of years, part of my job was to look after the POS systems 
in a chain of cheap stores called Venture. They were all the way from 
Cairns to Tweed Heads, and on one occasion to Coffs Harbour. The 
registers were pretty solid but the back office was a Zenith 386 pc 
running a smelly heap of shit called concurrent DOS which was a source 
of "Interesting" calls.
