Like the USSD definition, in normal grammar the qualification at
the end would only apply to the part after the "--".

Yeah, sources full of random Reddit discussions, which it probably
paid attention to instead of better results like the brewery I
found. But since it doesn't say specifically where it got those
facts it stated from, you can't tell. Useless.
