All babbling nonsense.

Some dishes do roll back the outer edge for mechanical stability, but
it has nothing to do with sidelobes.

A shrouded dish has a cylindrical metal shield is attached to the rim
of the dish to reduce sidelobes. There is no "roll off".

Sidelobes depend on the dish feed and the size of the dish in wavelengths.

You know nothing about antennas.

There is an antenna analysis program called EZNEC which has a free,
downloadable, trial version suitable for most simple antennas such
as dipoles, ground planes, long wires, yagis with a limited number
of elements, etc.

To analyze something like a dish reflector requires the full version.
