A dielectric lens works exactly like a magnifying glass and is
defined by the same principals of physics.

So you have changed your tune as to what part of the electromagetic
spectrum is called 'RF' after having looked it up.

Next you can look up dielectric antennas in general and the dielectric
lens in particular.

boundarys.

Obviously A would be the lower frequency boundary and B the upper
frequency boundary, if such a thing existed.
