Die rote Linie war Versorgung, ja? Ich vermute mal, die erholt sich
erst langsam wieder, bei dem Strom, und den ganzen Elkos da dran.
Verliert immerhin ein knappes Volt.

Was mir auffällt - ohne Schaltplan sagt mir der Rest nicht so viel -
ist, daß der LM317 einen Mindeststrom von nominal 5mA sehen möchte.
Vielleicht ist die Versorgung deswegen instabil, weil der nur knapp
dran kratzt? Und die Masse wandert umher?
