Das schaurige Deutsch der Deutschen Fassung mal im Vergleich zur Übersetzung des Englischen Textes durch google.translator: "Denn wenn er etwas erreicht hatte, er verfolgt würde, verleumdet, verhöhnt und missbraucht" Im Deutschen Text findet sich noch das völlig sinnlose "vom Juden ". Das ist bemerkenswert, da nicht 'der Jude' die Beschimpfungen ausstößt, sondern die Jüdische Zeitung. Davon kann man sicher ausgehen, da das im Satz davor so steht. Unklar ist auch, was der Autor mit 'beschmutzt' ausdrücken möchte. Der dritte Satz zeigt eine Eigenheit des Buches 'Mein Kampf': das Buch ist über weite Strecken völlig unverständlich! D: "Und nur wer diesen Todfeind unseres Volkstums und jeder arischen Menschheit und Kultur am wirksamsten gegenübertritt, darf erwarten, die Verleumdungen dieser Rasse und damit den Kampf dieses Volkes auch gegen sich gerichtet zu sehen." Man muß unterscheiden zwischen: Volk (im Sinne von Staatsvolk) Ethnie Rasse Kultur Religion Hier gehen die Begriffe wüst durcheinander, weswegen man nicht erkennen kann, was der Autor eigentlich sagen möchte. So ist die Frage, was unter "jeder arischen Menschheit " in etwa zu verstehen ist und wie das mit "unseres Volkstums" in Beziehung steht. Mit "Verleumdungen dieser Rasse" meint der Text offensichtlich 'die Juden', obwohl 'die Juden' primär die Anhänger der Religion Judentum wären und evtl. eine Ethnie darstellen (keinesfalls eine Rasse). Zum Vergleich die Englische Version: "Those who effectively combat this mortal enemy of our people, who is at the same time the enemy of all Aryan peoples and all culture, can only expect to arouse opposition on the part of this race and become the object of its slanderous attacks. Hier ist der Text plötzlich verständlich und enthält nicht dies Durcheinander der Begriffe. So wird das deutlich logischere "of all Aryan peoples " benutzt, was "von allen Arischen Völkern" bedeutet. Der Teil "and all cultur" heißt in der Deutschen Version nur 'Kultur'. Damit wird aber der Sinn verdreht, da in so einer Aufzählung des Attribut 'Arisch' auch für die Kultur gilt, weswegen der Deutsche Text die Todfeinden der Arischen Kultur meint, während sich der Englisch Text bezieht auf die Feinde der Arischen Völker und ALLER Kultur. Insgesamt ist der Englische Text wesentlich besser verständlich, klarer aufgebaut und sprachlich ausgereifter, während der Deutsche Text sehr schlecht lesbar ist und man auch mit Mühe häufig nicht ermitteln kann, was der Autor eigentlich ausdrücken will. (Das gilt für das gesamte Buch!) Die Sprache ist in der Deutschen Version häufig 'verschwurbelt'. D.h. man kann sich u.U. so ausdrücken, sollte das aber idR nicht tun. Die Englische Version hat diese Eigenheit nicht. Daher muß der Übersetzer den Text quasi neu erfunden haben, um dies Werk den höheren Ansprüchen Englischer Verlage an zu veröffentlichende Texte anzupassen. Nur ist so ein Verhalten mehr als unverständlich, da Deutschland und England sich im Krieg befunden haben. Daher halte ich die Englische Version für das eigentliche Original, welches unbekannte Autoren für Hitler angefertigt haben, um diesem zu einem gewissen Renommee zu verhelfen. TH
