Das habe ich in den 90ern erlebt, als wir mit einer Gruppe versuchten, die Erosion der Standortbedingungen fuer Medizintechnik und damit von Arbeitsplaetzen in NRW zu stoppen. Spaeter kamen WEEE, "Energiewende", und so weiter. Das schafft natuerlich Arbeitsplaetze. In China. Aehnlich ging es uns beim Versuch, in Deutschland Venture Capital zu bekommen. Pustekuchen, da gab es gar keinen richtigen Markt fuer. Auch keinerlei Anstalten oder politischen Willen, einen zu schaffen. In den USA war ich inzwischen zweimal dabei und die Finanzierung lief. > ... Als sie hoerten, dass ein Teil meines Gehalts aus Aktienoptionen bestand, waren die ueblichen Reaktionen: "Das ist doch Ausbeuterei!" ... "Das ist kapitalistischer Mumpitz, alles Papier!" und so weiter. Pfffft ... Ach so, bei meinem ersten AG in Deutschland war das aehnlich. Germanien verbot aber diese Art von Einkommen ueber deutsche Banken. Also hatten die Mitarbeiter je ein Aktienkonto in den USA, zu versteuern aber dennoch in Deutschland. Haben sie das inzwischen wenigstens erlaubt oder sind sie immer noch so rueckstaendig wie frueher? Falls immer noch, dann wirf das nicht den Unternehmen vor, sondern unternimm endlich was und sprich Deine zustaendigen Regierungsvertreter an. Aber lautstark und moeglichst oeffentlich.
