Der Arbeitnehmer manoevriert in eine gefragtere Richtung. Bei Ingenieuren z.B. in Richtung Hardware Design. Dort findet man gut bezahlte Vollbeschaeftigung. Das kann in richtig Aufwand ausarten, muss man aber durch. 2. Der Staat sorgt fuer gescheite Standortbedingungen. Schlechtes Beispiel von unserer Teichseite: Eine mit 35% (plus Bundesstaatssteuer) fast an der Weltspitze befindliche Koerperschaftssteuer ist standortnachteilig und das muss korrigiert werden. Man sollte sich z.B. fragen, was die Suedkoreaner mit ihrer fast permanent herrschenden Vollbeschaeftigung richtig gemacht haben. Wer mal dort gearbeitet hat, ahnt es zumindest. Dann gibt es noch die Moeglichkeit der Auswanderung, wenn man in einem Bereich bleiben moechte, den man gern als Beruf hat und dies woanders weit mehr gefragt ist. Doch soweit muss man normalerweise nicht gehen, obwohl das fuer Euch bei Arbeitsaufnahme innerhalb Europas eine der leichteren Uebungen zu sein scheint. -- Gruesse, Joerg http://www.analogconsultants.com/
