Das soll jetzt nicht heissen, dass ich den angeblichen Ingeneiurmangel bei Euch glaube (tue ich nicht), aber es gibt Bereiche, da herrscht wirklich einer. Und dann gilt es, sich dorthin vorzuarbeiten. Das ist in anderen Betreichen aehnliche. IIRC war es die Region Braunschweig, wo fast 3000 Lehrstellen unbesetzt blieben, obwohl es noch etwas weniger als 3000 Suchende gab. Also einen tatsaechlicher Mangel, aber real nur ein kleiner. Keine Ingenieure, sondern Elektriker, Zimmermann und so. Da liegt naemlich ein grosser Markt offen und wird so gut wie nicht bedient: Kleine Instandsetzungen in Haushalten aelterer Leute. Ausserdem habe ich das mal in NRW versucht. Das war, als wenn man gegen eine dicke Eiche tritt (ich spare mir jetzt die hier an sich noetige Tirade gegen Sozen-Politiker). Was ich als Entscheidungstraeger sofort angehen wuerde, sind die Bedingungen fuer Gruender von Klein- und Kleinstunternehmen. Da haperte es in den 90ern gewaltig und was ich so von Bekannten hoere, hat sich nicht viel geaendert. Eher zum schlechteren, was z.B. Abschreibungsbedingungen oder Gesetze wie WEEE angeht. Das ist besonders wichtig angesichts mehr als einer Million zugereister Menschen, von denen ich sicher bin, dass mehr als die Haelfte auch langfristig kein Interesse haben, in ihre Herkunftslaender zurueckzukehren.
