Well, yes. First day, instant diarrhoea. Took just one pill. Doctor then
put me on something that makes the kidney eject sugar in the urine
(dapagliflozin). Went fine, till I started to have urinary infections
due to the amount of sugar in the urine. Then another doctor switched me
to Metsunix, which is sitagliptin/metformin hydrochloride, and that one
works perfectly, AFAIK. And is cheap.
Many people are on metformin, I understand.
