Having said that, I continue to use 2003 by preference over 2007! When it came in, the discussion included the suggestion that if people could be introduced gradually, rather than all at once, they'd gradually see the advantage. Which might be true, but with something as radical as the ribbon, I can't see how you'd do it - there'd have to be a point where the major change is made.
