Ich weise nochmal auf den LME49724 hin.
Der hat nicht nur sehr viele dieser Diagramme, sondern
auch mehrere Frequenzen bis 20 kHz darin.

Der Klirr steigt grundsätzlich mit der Frequenz.
Das ist durch die endliche Slew_rate begründet.

Aber ich meine, ich habe 2016 bei meinen LTspice-Simulationen
auch mal einen geringeren Klirr durch höhere Amplitude gesehen.
Ich muß das aktuell mal etwas untersuchen.

Zum OPA1612 gibt es Fig.2. (Oszillogramm) mit dem Rauschen
im Bereich 0.1 Hz bis 10 Hz, wo stets das stärkste Rauschen
anzutreffen ist.
Dort ist die Amplitude 50 nVpp, also 18 nVeff (18e-9).

Ich habe _auch_ wegen dieser winzigen Spannung Probleme, diese
Diagramme THD+N::Amplitude als vom Rauschen beherrscht anzusehen.

Ein Labor, in dem die Daten für die Datenblätter erstellt
werden, wird auch absolut beste Bedingungen für Messungen bieten!
Da wird praktisch nur thermisches Rauschen im '+N' übrig bleiben.

Fig.11.:  x=0.01   y=0.0033%

0.01 * 0.000033 = 3.3e-7

Zwischen 18e-9 und 3.3e-7 besteht ein großer Unterschied:
18e-9 << 330e-9

'18' (Rauschen) dominiert gewiß nicht '330' (THD+N).
